I find it hard to believe Campbell & Hansen are stupid.
But they are acting stupidly.
Handled properly, the concept of an HST is good.
Surely, the accountants working for the Liberals could calculate at what level of FAIR taxation
the HST should be.
One would think that in order to ACT stupidly one would HAVE to be stupid. and who said that Campbell and Hansen could ACT???
